This document details the exact conditions, operational timeframes, financial rates, and logistical rules governing the shipment of products purchased through our online store. By finalizing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the operational definitions, boundary conditions, and user responsibilities outlined in this policy.
All orders are processed and prepared in accordance with standard transit practices. Because television brackets, monitor arms, and multi-screen stands require robust construction and substantial structural weight, specific parcel weights and dimensions vary. We apply standardized transit safety measures to guarantee that all mounting systems arrive structurally complete and ready for physical installation.
To maintain high reliability, consistent tracking coverage, and secure deliveries, we limit our transport services to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not dispatch orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or any unincorporated territories of the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Additionally, our standard transport carriers do not deliver heavy-duty mounting hardware to P.O. Box addresses due to size and weight restrictions imposed by local post offices.
Regarding military destinations (including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses), we currently face technical routing limits. The specialized military mail system involves specific security verification networks, physical address size constraints, and limited carrier tracking integration, which prevent us from guaranteeing successful delivery. Rather than risking lost orders or indefinite transit delays for our service members, we must restrict shipping to these addresses at this time. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future.
We provide transparent, flat-rate shipping structures to keep purchasing decisions clear. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the final transaction amount.
All shipping costs are displayed clearly on the checkout page prior to payment confirmation, ensuring no hidden charges or post-purchase fees.
Logistics timeframes consist of two distinct operational phases: order processing time and transit time.
Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business days.

Applying this formula to our standard schedules:
1-3 business days (Processing) + 3-8 business days (Transit) = 4-11 business days (Total Delivery)
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. While standard ground shipments arrive within the stated 4-11 business days, unexpected factors such as extreme winter storms, carrier network backlogs, or federal holiday closures can occasionally cause minor delays.
Once your order has been shipped, a automated tracking link is generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate and display status updates in the carrier’s system. Tracking status may remain in “Label Created” or “Pending” status until the carrier conducts the initial terminal scan.
For orders containing multiple display mounts, ceiling poles, or specialized accessories, items may occasionally be packed in separate boxes to ensure physical protection or to comply with maximum parcel weight limitations. Consequently, your order may be delivered in split shipments. In such cases, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each box, and individual packages may arrive on slightly different days within the estimated 4-11 business days window.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy of the physical shipping address entered during the checkout process. Our order management systems transfer address data directly to transport carriers.
If a parcel is lost, returned, or significantly delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer, Ergoscreenmount is not responsible for replacement costs or refund liabilities. If you discover an address error immediately after finalizing a purchase, you must contact our support team at info@ergoscreenmount.com within 12 hours to request a correction before logistics handling begins.
In the rare event that a carrier tracking link states “Delivered” but you have not physically received the parcel:
Ergoscreenmount does not issue refunds or ship free replacement mount brackets for orders where the carrier provides official, verified proof of delivery to the address on file.
Screen brackets and heavy desktop display mounts are constructed from solid metals, but outer retail packaging or internal components can occasionally sustain damage during carrier transit.
If your parcel arrives with obvious external structural damage, or if you discover physical defects upon unboxing the bracket, you must file a claim with our support team at info@ergoscreenmount.com within 48 hours of package delivery.
