Accepted Payment Methods & Currency

At Ergoscreenmount, we support structured, secure checkout systems. To ensure transactional security and prevent processing failures, all payments are conducted directly through commercial card networks.

We accept the following credit card options:

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you are checking out using a card registered outside the United States, your issuing card company may apply standard international currency conversion rates. We do not accept alternative settlement methods. Our billing infrastructure is configured to exclude personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

We implement industrial-grade security controls to safeguard your transaction credentials. All billing connections are secured to block unauthorized intercept or access.

• SSL Encryption: Our platform utilizes 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption during checkout. This protocol secures the transmission path between your browser and our payment gateway, ensuring billing details remain fully encrypted.
• PCI-DSS Compliance: Our credit card processing environment is fully compliant with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This standard governs security management, policy structures, and procedural guidelines for card security.
• Zero Storage Commitment: To maximize security, Ergoscreenmount maintains a Zero Storage data policy. We do not store, view, or retain your complete, raw credit card number or card security codes (CVV) on our local storage drives. All card data is processed directly through secure, tokenized API connections managing transactions on behalf of major financial gateways.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to specific states in strict accordance with provincial guidelines and federal sales thresholds.

Because Ergoscreenmount operates and is registered in the state of Virginia, applicable sales tax calculations are determined based on the delivery location of each shipment. Taxes are computed automatically during the checkout phase by applying the destination-based sales tax rate to the physical order subtotal. All local sales tax charges are displayed as a separate line item before you confirm payment.

Billing, Taxes & $0 Hidden Fees

We are dedicated to simple, transparent pricing. We do not apply processing margins, order handling surcharges, or hidden billing fees.

The final amount you pay is calculated using our transparent cost formula:

Product Price + Shipping Costs (if applicable) + Applicable Sales Tax = Final Total Cost

Under this billing structure, we guarantee a $0 Surcharges policy. The price you see on the cart screen, adjusted for shipping fees and destination tax, represents the exact total that will be charged to your card. We do not charge convenience fees, platform surcharges, or payment network processing fees.

Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention

To maintain financial safety, we apply direct security validation checks to all incoming credit card payments.

• Direct Checkout: All payments are processed directly on our secure domain. We do not redirect your browser to unverified third-party websites or external processing pages.
• Pre-Authorization and Capture: When you click “Place Order,” our system initiates a temporary card validation hold. If the transaction is approved by your card network, the funds are captured, and an order confirmation email containing your five-digit Order Number is generated.
• Security Validation: We require matching details between your credit card billing address and the address registered with your credit card issuer. If our automated payment systems detect a mismatch, the transaction may be declined.
• Fraud Prevention Holds: To protect against credit card theft, our payment team reviews transactions marked with high-risk flags. If an order is flagged, we may request verification before processing. If verification is not provided, the order is cancelled, and the transaction is reversed.
