Product Representation & Dimensional Accuracy

We aim to represent our ergonomic display mounts and durable television support systems with high factual accuracy. However, slight variations can occur due to display technologies or industry design standards.

• Color Variance: We display product images showing metal coatings and finishes. The actual color of the products may display slight differences under different ambient lighting or device screens. This is a common characteristic of home furnishings and materials and does not represent a product defect.
• Dimensional and Alignment Tolerances: Mounting brackets are designed to support specific VESA patterns, display sizes, and weight capacities. Please ensure your television or monitor meets these structural requirements before installation. Additionally, due to standard dimensional tolerances and minor physical variations in screen frames, physical alignments may show slight, negligible variances which do not affect structural safety or mounting integrity.
• Consumer Satisfaction Assurance: These physical variations are normal for metal mounting systems. We do not use these minor tolerances to restrict your rights. If a mount does not align with your screen or if the physical dimensions differ from your expectations, you are fully entitled to request a return and refund under our 30 business days return policy.

Usage & Safety Responsibility

Mounting televisions and heavy monitor arrays involves structural risks. Incorrect installation can result in property damage, equipment failure, or physical injury.

Buyers are solely responsible for verifying the structural integrity of the wall, desktop, or ceiling where the mounting hardware will be installed. Ergoscreenmount shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

1. Installation of hardware on walls that lack sufficient load-bearing capacity (such as plasterboard without proper wood stud backing, unstable masonry, or degraded drywall).
2. Exceeding the maximum weight capacity stated in our product manuals or VESA guidelines.
3. Using incorrect anchor bolts, mismatched washers, or structural modifications to the steel arms.
4. Failure to follow the installation manuals provided by both Ergoscreenmount and the display brand.

We strongly recommend consulting a professional structural contractor or AV installation technician if you are uncertain about wall load capacities or drilling techniques. All mounting kits, small screw accessories, and washers must be kept completely out of the reach of children and pets to prevent choking hazards.

Errors, Shipping & External Delays

While we coordinate catalog data systematically, typographical errors can occasionally occur in our online store.

• Errors and Omissions: Ergoscreenmount reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or price omissions, and to change or update catalog information at any time without prior notice. If a display mount is purchased at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and return the captured funds to your original card in full.
• External Shipping Delays: Once your package has been transferred to ground transport carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), standard transit times depend on the carrier’s network. Ergoscreenmount shall not be liable for shipping delays, package delivery disruptions, or tracking lags caused by extreme winter storms, natural disasters, carrier sorting failures, highway congestion, or incorrect physical addresses provided by the buyer during checkout.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Under no circumstances shall Ergoscreenmount, its officers, employees, or authorized supplier partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, display brackets, or website files. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or structural liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any dispute or purchase inquiry shall not exceed the actual transaction subtotal paid for the specific display mount that is the subject of the claim.

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from your use of this website, purchase transactions, or this Disclaimer shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for the resolution of all legal claims.
