Eligibility & Conduct

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must not use our display support products, brackets, or website files for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to local copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases conducted at our online store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Product Representation & Modifications

Prices for our display mounts, dynamic monitor arms, and accessories are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We aim to display the physical attributes, steel coatings, and finishes of our brackets with high factual precision. However, slight variations can occur due to screen display settings or light environments. Mounting brackets are designed to support specific VESA patterns, display sizes, and weight capacities. Please ensure your television or monitor meets these structural requirements before installation. Additionally, due to standard dimensional tolerances and minor physical variations in screen frames, physical alignments may show slight, negligible variances which do not affect structural safety or mounting integrity. These normal characteristics are ordinary for metal hardware. If a display mount does not align with your screen or if the physical dimensions differ from your expectations, you are fully entitled to request a return and refund under our 30 business days return policy.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

1. For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
2. To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
3. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
4. To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
5. To submit false or misleading information.
6. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from your use of this website, purchase transactions, or these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for the resolution of all legal claims.
