Therefore, we charge a $0.00 Restocking Fee on all returned items. You will never face hidden processing deductions, shipping handling surcharges, or administrative restocking fees when you return an eligible screen mounting system within the standard timeframe. The subtotal paid for the returned bracket will be refunded to you in full, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel a pending purchase, you must email your request to info@ergoscreenmount.com within 12 hours of completing checkout. If the order cancellation request is received within this 12 hours window, we will cancel the order and return the funds in full.
If your request arrives after 12 hours, the order has likely entered logistical routing and cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must accept delivery of the shipment and then initiate a standard return under our 30 business days return policy.

If we receive a returned package that is completely empty, contains a substituted block of scrap metal, or is missing the core steel mounting arms (representing deliberate product swapping), we reserve the right to withhold the refund and report the transaction data to relevant fraud databases and payment card security networks.
